Title: 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost 

Due to quality issues: We cover the return shipping fee.

Due to buyer's choice (e.g., no longer want, ordered by mistake): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds 
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized orders, perishable goods, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
