Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Due to the nature of our products/logistics, delivery times are categorized as follows. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery between 10-20 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery between 20-30 business days
Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery between 30-45 business days

Customs & Import ChargesÂ

Order Changes & Address Errors
We cannot change or cancel an order once it is in processing. Please double-check your address. LoveCulivo is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
